Susan brings over twelve years of hands-on experience in holistic and bioenergetic wellness to every client she serves. With a background rooted in Western medicine including pharmacy, sterile IV, and chemotherapy administration her pivotal decision to step away from conventional medicine was deeply personal.<\/p>\n

When her youngest son was vaccine injured, she refused to accept limitations and embarked on a decade-long journey into root-cause healing that would ultimately transform both their lives and the foundation of her practice.<\/p>\n

This fall Susan will begin doctoral studies in Naturopathic Medicine, adding to credentials that already include Certified Holistic Health Coach, Brain Coach and Instructor candidate under Gregory Caremans’s Brain Academy, and Neurolinguistic Programming Practitioner candidate through David Key’s program in the UK.<\/p>\n

Based in South Texas, Susan serves clients across Kyle, Boerne, Fredericksburg, Kerrville, Comfort, Bandera, San Marcos, Buda, Austin, New Braunfels, and surrounding Hill Country communities with travel available beyond for those who need it.<\/p>\n

Her modality toolkit includes PEMF Infinity Mat, AO Hub, AO Scan, AO rTMS, AO Tunes, AO Lasers, AO TENS, AO Illuminator, AO 660 Band, Ion Cleanse Foot Bath by AMD, holistic and quantum nutrition coaching, non-invasive peptide activation therapies, DNA activation and silencing, and life coaching.<\/p>\n

Her approach is personal, non-invasive, and always root-cause focused because she has walked the healing journey herself and knows firsthand what becomes possible on the other side.<\/p>\n

After years of exploring traditional paths to wellness, my journey eventually led me to a profound realization: sometimes the most powerful tool for transformation is the one we’ve had all along our breath. For over a decade, I navigated conventional healing, relying on therapy and pharmaceuticals to manage the complexities of life.<\/p>\n

While those tools provided a necessary foundation, I often felt I was managing symptoms rather than reaching the root. Discovering breathwork changed everything. It bypassed the analytical mind and allowed me to connect with my body in a way I had never experienced not just relief, but a radical change from the inside out.<\/p>\n

Today, I facilitate these sessions to help others bridge the gap between “knowing” healing and actually feeling it. I hold space for those ready to move beyond the surface and experience their own internal revolution.<\/p>\n
