My son was vaccine injured at fifteen months. He lost his speech, his motor control, and his independence overnight. Conventional medicine told me to accept it. I couldn’t.
Over twelve years I stepped away from Western medicine entirely, training under world-renowned practitioners in functional medicine, nutritional biochemistry, and nervous system healing. I became a certified holistic health coach, and this fall I’m enrolling in naturopathic doctor school.
My son now walks, communicates, and continues to heal. That journey proved to me that recovery is possible when you address the root- the nervous system, gut, and liver all at once, never in isolation.
That’s why I became a NeuroWellness Educator, operating under a Private Membership Association, using bioenergetics, frequency-based tools, and targeted nutrition to activate your body’s own healing intelligence.
I didn’t come from a peaceful beginning.
My childhood was shaped by abuse, and the damage it left on my nervous system followed me straight into adulthood into relationship after relationship that mirrored everything I’d been conditioned to accept. The deepest wounds came from my mother. And for a long time, I didn’t even have the language for what had been done to me, let alone a way out.
What I did have was an unrelenting drive to understand myself to do the inner work, to rebuild my mindset from the ground up, and to learn how to regulate a nervous system that had essentially been in survival mode my entire life. Nobody handed me a roadmap. I figured it out piece by piece, through radical self-honesty, self-study, and an unwillingness to stay broken.
That healing journey is what eventually led me to this work. And it’s what led me to the life I have now one I genuinely didn’t believe was possible for a woman like me.
Today, I have a partner who loves me exactly as I am. We share the same values, the same vision, the same fire for life.
I have a teenage son with special needs who has faced more than most adults ever will. And one of the things I’m most grateful for is the way Charles shows up for him genuinely, warmly, without hesitation. That kind of love changes a person. It changed me.
I work with women who are where I once was – dysregulated, depleted, and often recovering from narcissistic abuse or toxic relationships they couldn’t quite name. I know that road. I walked it for decades. And I know what becomes possible on the other side when you commit to healing your nervous system, reclaiming your identity, and becoming someone whose energy attracts what she actually deserves.
This work isn’t just what I do. It’s who I am.
